The Bravern

The Bravern is the Pacific Northwest’s premier office address and a vibrant urban shopping destination for the area’s affluent residents, according to its developer, Schnitzer West LLC, based in Seattle.  A vibrant, European-inspired village that brings together world-class shopping, luxurious living, innovative work environments and welcoming spaces for social gatherings, The Bravern was born out of extensive research, including focus groups with prospective homeowners, shoppers and business leaders; and a design tour of the 28 best places to live, work and shop.

The 1.6-million-square-foot, mixed-use development features two 14- and 24-story office buildings; a retail/restaurant “village”; an open-air plaza featuring an outdoor fireplace; an elaborate water feature; a “grand arrival” court entrance with valet parking; and a seven-level below-grade parking garage that was constructed in two phases to include more than 3,000 stalls.
